new project: growing herbs
considering I don't have the best experiences with keeping plants and flowers alive, we'll see how that will go...but right now I'm highly motivated ;)

took my first step into the world of tamron lenses. I was looking for a standard zoom with a constant aperture. after some online research I kept going back to the tamron 17-50 f2.8
while I love my nikon 35mm, there are times where I would love some wider angle, so the 17-50 seemed perfect for that.
haven't had a real chance to try it out properly yet, but so far I'm quite pleased
definitely makes self portraits much easier than with a 35mm or 50mm ;)

we got out fair share of snow. and we're supposed to get even more over the night :)

there's a reason autumn is my favorite season. I just adore the different colors and the chilly but not yet to cold weather (though this year it's a little more than chilly already ;)
not to mention that I can fully embrace my obsession with beanies and scarves ;)
