did you get another new lens or is this the 70-300 (jealous) and you know...a pigeon may not be the most lovely thing to photograph, I do like the second image where you can see the green and purple so vividly.

lol like I could afford another new lens so soon after the 70-300. nope it's the 70-300. believe me it's gonna take ages till I can afford another one hehe
